🍓 Puff Pastry Strawberry Strudels
Made with fresh strawberries, puff pastry, and cream cheese icing, these strawberry strudels are easy to make and totally scrumptious.
These strawberry strudels are one of my teen’s favorite treats to make for himself. He’ll often bake up a batch on Sunday so he can grab one after school during the week. In fact, he gets mad when he accidentally lets his stash of pastries run out!
Although they look fancy, these breakfast strudels are EASY to prepare thanks to store-bought puff pastry. Every bite is bursting with buttery, crispy, flaky goodness surrounding a fresh strawberry filling. As a finishing touch, a simple vanilla icing is drizzled on top. These strudels are seriously delicious!
Feel free to make the filling with a different kind of berry or even chocolate. I have shared a few variation ideas below. But try this recipe with caution: Once you’ve learned how to make these, you may never be satisfied with strudels from the freezer aisle again.
